Laura Geller’s being bossy; bossy with your lashes that is. Her latest mascara, Lash Boss, claims to lengthen, volumize and curl your lashes as you have never seen before. Laura Geller’s signature, protein-infused Take-Charge Technology and dual-sided bristle brush customizes the intensity of your look without clumping or flaking. The long bristles on the brush evenly lengthens, while the short bristles volumizes and curls your lashes.
And there are other added benefits with the Lash Boss mascara. Lash Boss mascara also is packed with ingredients such as hydrolyzed keratin to strengthen and moisturize your lashes, collagen to make your lashes appear thicker, and peptides to help create an instant curling effect.
I was not too sure about Laura Geller’s Lash Boss at first. When I first tried it on, I just went for it and applied the mascara without reading the instructions for using the applicator brush. I was unimpressed. I thought I had just wasted a bunch of money on mascara that made my lashes appear ordinary. BUT, I went back and looked at the Laura Geller website (www.laurageller.com) and found the directions on how to apply the mascara to achieve the best look. Basically, you use the long bristles first and apply from root to tip to get a lush, hooded effect. Second, you use the short bristles to plump and curl those hard to reach lashes.
Well, I followed the directions and, while I did not think my lashes curled all that much, I did see a difference in length and volume. I especially like how I can get to my lower lashes better with the short bristles. And while it does not come out and say so, the mascara does separate your lashes. When it comes time to remove the Lash Boss mascara, is comes off easily with cleanser and/or makeup remover.
I would recommend Laura Geller’s Lash Boss mascara. But I would highly recommend following the directions for application.
Laura Geller Lash Boss retails for $24.00. It may be purchased at www.laurageller.com, ULTA and QVC.
