As part of our makeup regimen, we all need to remove our eye makeup. The best way to do this is to use a product dedicated to removing eye makeup, then cleanse your face. You know I have always maintained that just because it costs more, it does not mean it works better. I have found three eye makeup removers for everyone’s budget, which also removes all of your eye makeup. So in no particular order, here are the eye makeup removers:
GARNIER SKINACTIVE MICELLAR CLEANSING WATER – This is an all in one makeup remover. It removes eye makeup, cleanses and refreshes. It also removes facial makeup and lips. It is dedicated to all skin types in addition to sensitive skin types. The Micellar technology removes dirt like a magnet, and lifts aways oil and makeup with no harsh rubbing . The Garnier Skinactive will leave your skin refreshed with no over-drying. You may purchase the Garnier Skinactive Micellar Cleasning water at your local drugstore, Wal-Mart and ULTA. It retails for $6.26.
JOHNSON’S BABY OIL – I know what all of you are thinking. This product is going to leave my skin oily. And to be frank, yes it will. But, the baby oil will remove every stitch of eye makeup in one sweep. And since you are washing your face anyways, the oily residue will be removed once you do wash your face. Not to mention the fact that the baby oil is going to be very gentle on your eye. I have used this product before to remove my eye makeup and I loved it. It was easy, and I did not need to make a second or third sweep. You may purchase Johnson’s Baby Oil at your local drugstore. It retails for $2.5o.
TARGET OIL-FREE EYE MAKEUP REMOVER – the generic makeup remover is complimentary to Neutrogena’s Oil-Free Makeup Remover. The eye makeup is gentle, removes waterproof makeup and leaves no oily-residue. It contains Aloe and cucumber extracts to help soothe the skin. I did like the Target brand, however, I did need to swipe more than once or twice to get the eye makeup off. But this did not bother me, so I did not consider it a deal breaker. This is a good alternative to the Neutrogena’s Oil-Free Makeup Remover. You may purchase the Target Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover at Target. It retails for $4.59.
These three eye makeup removers will serve you justice. All of the products will take off your eye makeup and be kind to your pocketbook.

I love the pink cap Garnier but really dislike this blue cap. I find it doesn’t remove my makeup as well as the pink one and leaves my skin feeling greasy.

I am sorry to hear that. I have not had that problem with the blue cap. However, the pink is just as good ass I find. Thank you.
