As we all know, micellar water is known to remove only eye makeup. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a micellar cleanser water which removes everything; eye makeup, foundation, blush, etc.? Well on my last trip to ULTA I found Garnier’s Micellar Cleansing Water All-In-1 which does just that – it removes all face makeup, lipstick and eye makeup. The product is made for all skin types, even those with sensitive skin. There is no harsh rubbing and you do not have to rinse when you are finished.
When I tried the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water All-In-1, I was indeed able to remove all my makeup. Granted, it took several cotton rounds, but the product lived up to its promise. Away went the dirt, oil and makeup without the need for a separate cleanser. This is especially great if you come home from work and are too tired to cleanse your face to get rid of the day’s worth of makeup.
I usually cleanse my face twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the evening. Each time my face feels clean and refreshed. This is the perfect balance for a cleanser because it does not make my skin feel greasy afterwards, and does not dry it out either. My skin is just left feeling soft and smooth. Now I will admit that I do cleanse my face with a mild cleanser after using the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water All-in-1. Mainly because I am obsessive-compulsive when it comes to my skin routine. It has nothing to do with the product itself.
During my research, I read some reviews where the users complained of an oily residue after using the product. Personally, I did not experience this. But I wanted to put the complaints out there so that you are all around informed about this product.
The Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water All-in-1 retails for $8.99 for 13.5oz. It may be purchased at ULTA, Target, WalMart and your local drugstore.

I have repurchased this a couple of times because it’s amazing for its price. I have also tried the blue cap but I dislike it as I do feel that it left my skin a touch oily.

I have not tried the bottle with the blue cap. Only the pink. But I have an idea you and I think alike when it comes to beauty products, so I will take into you aaccount of the blue cap bottle.
Thanks!
