I was introduced to Korean skin care products via monthly box subscriptions – Mishibox and Memebox. I love these boxes as you get good quality items for your dollar. I have been using ingredients which I thought I would never put on my face such as snail extract, sunflower oil and lavender. As a result, my skin is starting to look healthier and has a wonderful glow. So I thought I would share this week, my favorite Korean skin care products so far. I am going to begin with Secret Key’s Snail Repairing Eye Cream.
The snail extract helps moisturize dry skin and gives a fresh feeling to those with oily skin. The snail extract is also good for sensitive skin as it absorbs without irritation to the skin under the eye. This easy absorbed eye cream contains Adenosine and Arbutin ingredients which help reduce the appearance of lines, wrinkles and dark circles and also keeps the eye area moisturized. These ingredients even protect skin from harmful materials. The Beta-glucan and macadamia seed oil will make your skin smoother and help relieve tired skin.
The eye cream virtually has no smell. It is not sticky or greasy. The cream is white and fairly thick, and all you need is a small amount to do the job. I got good results from using this cream. It helped plump up some of my fine lines. It also helped rid the dullness to my skin and lightened the dark circles I gained from not sleeping well. It also absorbed quickly into my skin, so there was not much of a waiting period until I could move on with my next skin treatment (I like to wait for my skin care products to dry a little before moving on the next beauty product).
Overall, this product works. It is good for all skin types, the results are good all around and it is affordable. So if you are on the market for an eye cream, this would work great.
The Secret Key Snail Repairing Eye Cream retails for $12.99. It may be purchased at www.mishibox.com.

I finally took major interest in Asian skincare this year after receiving a huge box to try and saw results from using two products within a couple of weeks. Next few brands under my radar is Missha, Cosrx and Sum:37
