So why not make your own eye cream and save some of that hard earned cash. Here is a simple and effective eye cream that you make right at home.
DIY EYE CREAM
5 or 6 vitamin E capsules
1 teaspoon of rose oil
Heat the coconut oil until it has melted. Then poke holes in the vitamin E capsules and squeeze into the melted coconut oil. Next, blend the rose oil into the mixture and stir. Once the mixture has been stirred, pour it into a glass container and place it in the refrigerator until it hardens. After the mixture has become solid, you cam leave it out without worry of it going bad. Use the eye cream everynight before going to bed.
We not only experience dry skin, we also experience chapped lips. Everyone know there are plenty of lip scrubs on the market. The most popular being a brown sugar lip scrub. But again, why pay $8.00 or more when you has the ingredients at home to make it yourself and save that money for another day.
DIY BROWN SUGAR LIP SCRUB
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon honey
Mix all four ingredients in a bowl, then place the mixture into a small container. Rub the brown sugar mixture on your lips with your finger and wipe off excess with a wet towel or face cloth. You can follow up this ritual with your favorite lip balm.
