COLLAGEN IN YOUR CLEANSER – ETUDE HOUSE MOISTFULL COLLAGEN CLEANSING FOAM

August 9, 2016

Purchased by Me

Collagen.  It’s the talk in skin care.  But what is collagen?  It is naturally produced by the body.  Collagen is also one of the most abundant proteins in the body, and makes up a large part of our skin, hair and nails.  It gives our skin strength and elasticity, and helps replace dead skin cells. However, the production of this substance diminishes as people grow older.

Etude House has produces a cleansing foam that contains fine Super CollagenTM Water particles and high moisture Baobab Water,  that provides clean and hydrating cleansing. The fine and thick outer moisture layer foam provides gentle moist cleansing, and prevents moisture loss for maintaining soft skin.  The product also has a high content of maine collagen (5.4%), which is supposed to reduce the number of wrinkles.

ETUDE HOUSE MOISTFULL COLLAGEN CLEANSING FOAM

I am just getting into Korean skin care.  And so far I have had no skin reactions to products.  I have enjoyed the Korean sheet masks and the under eye patches.  And now I have come to enjoy the Etude House Moistfull Collagen Cleansing Foam.

From what I read, the product is supposed to moisten the deeper skin layers and create a protective barrier against aggressive environmental influences.  Once the collagen gets into your skin, it strengthens the skin, moisturizes, smoothes skin texture, strengthens the skin’s protective barrier and finally adds shine.

When I used the cleanser and added water to it, there was a nice foam created, and it washed my skin without irritation.  My dry skin was left feeling moisturized, and the texture of my skin was left feeling smooth.  The ingredient Baobab is deeply moisturizing, gives a lifting and firming effect, and restores cells and wrinkles.

Overall, I was impressed with the Etude House Moistfull Collagen Cleansing Foam. It cleaned my skin without making it feel dry and gave me an overall moisturized feel.

Etude House Moistfull Collagen Cleansing Foam retails for $9.99.  You may purchase is at www.q-depot.com.

I find most Asian foaming cleansers create TONS of foam and a little goes a very long way. Never heard of a collagen cleanser before, definitely interesting and worth reading up on it.

Please give it a try and let me know your thoughts. I am very into the moisturizers. They keep my dry skin well hydrated!

That sounds awesome, especially since it contains Baobab water! As nutrition experts my husband and I keep baobab powder in our pantry at all times. I haven’t tried any skin care products with it and will definitely give this one a try. Thanks for sharing, Erica<3

No problem! I hope that you like it as mush as I did. The cleanser did wonders for my dry skin!
