一、2024年工作回顧

二是深入實(shí)施京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，更加緊密的發(fā)展格局逐步形成。
2. We accelerated Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development by progressively shaping a more interconnected growth framework.
堅(jiān)定不移疏解非首都功能，疏解提質(zhì)一般制造業(yè)企業(yè)104家，治理違法建設(shè)超2000萬(wàn)平方米，城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)用地再減量6.6平方公里；友誼醫(yī)院順義院區(qū)等開(kāi)診運(yùn)行，北京工商大學(xué)良鄉(xiāng)校區(qū)二期等建成投用。
We continued to relocate functions nonessential to Beijing’s role as the capital with firm resolve. Another 104 general manufacturing enterprises were upgraded or moved out of Beijing. Over 20 million square meters of illegal structures were demolished. Urban and rural construction land was reduced by another 6.6 square kilometers. New projects, such as Beijing Friendship Hospital Shunyi Branch and phase two of Beijing Technology and Business University’s Liangxiang campus, began operations.
不斷拓展京津冀協(xié)同廣度深度，服務(wù)保障中國(guó)星網(wǎng)等央屬標(biāo)志性項(xiàng)目遷入雄安新區(qū)，北京四中雄安校區(qū)教育集團(tuán)揭牌成立，雄安宣武醫(yī)院門診量達(dá)19萬(wàn)人次，雄安新區(qū)中關(guān)村科技園累計(jì)入駐企業(yè)130家，京津冀國(guó)家技術(shù)創(chuàng)新中心雄安中心啟動(dòng)運(yùn)行；高水平建設(shè)城市副中心，中國(guó)人民大學(xué)通州校區(qū)先期運(yùn)行，城市綠心三大文化設(shè)施熱度持續(xù)升級(jí)，全國(guó)溫室氣體自愿減排交易市場(chǎng)正式啟動(dòng)，廠通路建成通車；加強(qiáng)重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域共建共享，攜手天津、河北成功申創(chuàng)智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)新能源汽車等國(guó)家先進(jìn)制造業(yè)集群，京蔚高速建成通車，累計(jì)推出230項(xiàng)京津冀自貿(mào)試驗(yàn)區(qū)同事同標(biāo)政務(wù)服務(wù)事項(xiàng)。
We continued to increase coordination between Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, both in scale and extent. We supported the relocation of key projects owned by the central authorities, such as the China Satellite Network Group Co., Ltd, to Xiong’an New Area in Hebei Province. The Xiong’an Education Group of Beijing No.4 High School was officially established, and the Xiong’an Xuanwu Hospital recorded 190,000 outpatient visits. The Xiong’an sub-park of Zhongguancun Science Park is now home to 130 enterprises, and the Xiong’an Center of the Jingjinji National Center of Technology Innovation entered into operation. Meanwhile, we advanced the development of the BMC to high standards. The Tongzhou campus of Renmin University of China began trial operations, and the three cultural landmarks7 located in the Central Green Forest Park continued to gain popularity. The national trading platform for China Certified Emission Reduction (CCER) was launched. The Dachang-Tongzhou Road was opened to traffic. We also strengthened cooperation and resource sharing in key areas. Working in partnership with Tianjin and Hebei, we established several national-level advanced manufacturing clusters in fields such as intelligent connected new energy vehicles. The Beijing-Yuxian Expressway was opened to traffic. Consistent standards have been applied to 230 administrative service items across the free trade zones in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
扎實(shí)推進(jìn)重點(diǎn)區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，積極謀劃南中軸地區(qū)建設(shè)和京西“兩園一河”聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展，一區(qū)一策支持平原新城高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，率先推動(dòng)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)調(diào)節(jié)服務(wù)價(jià)值核算在生態(tài)涵養(yǎng)區(qū)應(yīng)用。東西部協(xié)作和對(duì)口支援工作在國(guó)家考核中繼續(xù)走在前列。
We made solid progress in promoting the balanced development of key regions. We actively planned for the construction of the southern part of the Beijing Central Axis and the coordinated development of the “two parks and one river”8 areas in western Beijing. We supported the high-quality development of new towns in the flatlands with district-specific policies, and led the country in applying ecosystem regulating services accounting in eco-conservation areas. We solidified our standing as a top performer in the national assessment on east-west collaboration and paired-up assistance.
