“法治幫扶”工程
Paired assistance program for law-based governance
是指在法治政府建設(shè)示范創(chuàng)建過(guò)程中，在已經(jīng)獲得全國(guó)命名的區(qū)和正在爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)全國(guó)示范的區(qū)之間開(kāi)展的“結(jié)對(duì)子”工程，旨在通過(guò)各區(qū)之間相互學(xué)習(xí)、相互幫助，解決本市法治政府建設(shè)中存在的區(qū)域間發(fā)展不平衡問(wèn)題，全力提升本市法治政府建設(shè)的整體水平。
This is a program that fosters partnerships between districts to ensure consistency in the application of the rule of law. Districts recognized as national models of law-based governance are paired with those working towards this standard. The goal is to address the uneven legal development and promote strong rule of law practices across the city. This program facilitates mutual learning and support, ultimately enhancing government practices across all districts.
